This three bean blend has been developed as our primary espresso blend. Over the years it has evolved into a coffee that is superb as an espresso or drip, with or without milk. As of this writing, it is a blend of Central American- Indonesian and African coffees. Due to the lack of consistency that exist in any agricultural product and my daily quest to make it better, there will be minor variations in the flavor and crema over time.

Recommended recipes:

espresso      –      19 grams for 28-32 seconds to produce 2 ounces

drip               –      13 tablespoons for 24 ounces of 200 degree water
