This is a small 20 acre farm at a very high elevation. It is stunningly beautiful. Constantly covered by volcanic clouds, it remains cool by tropical standards. It is not uncommon for the temperatures to drop into the 60’s during the summer months. As a result, the coffee trees always seem so dark green and healthy, while the fruit ripens slowly. Although varieties like Kenya and Castillo have been introduced over the last several years, the farm remains primarily Red, Yellow, and Orange Bourbon.
